Alyssa came on board in June in the middle of the first wave of the COVID-19 pandemic. From the start, we knew she’d be a good fit for our organization, and for our team. What we didn’t know what just how quickly she would become an integral part of our strategic communications efforts and how much one person could accomplish in such a short period (including creating an Instagram account and getting the SourceAmerica handle verified on Twitter). Alyssa has done a tremendous job and deserves to be recognized for exceeding expectations. There is much more to do, and opportunities for Alyssa to grow in her career with the organization. It is a high bar that she’s set for herself, and I look forward to all that will come in the future!
